About These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of AI Music Maker (the “Service”), available at aisongmaker.studio, operated by AI Music Maker (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service helps you generate songs and related assets (such as audio, artwork, and metadata) using AI. Features may change over time, and some features may be available only on certain plans.

Your Content and Generated Outputs

Your content

“Your Content” includes prompts, lyrics, titles, tags, and any files you upload (e.g., audio or images). You retain any rights you have in Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending Your Content to the AI/compute providers you choose through the Service).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Generated outputs

AI-generated results may be similar for different users. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs you receive from the Service for lawful purposes. We do not make promises about copyrightability, uniqueness, or non-infringement of outputs; you are responsible for how you use them (including obtaining any licenses/permissions that may be required).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights (including copyright and privacy rights).
• Upload content you don’t have the rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or interfere with its security or performance.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect the Service and other users.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

Some features require payment, subscription, or credits. Prices and plan details are shown in the Service and may change over time. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in the Service, payments are non-refundable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Music Maker from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including claims related to Your Content or how you use generated outputs.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
