AI Song Maker License Agreement
This License Agreement explains the allowed usage of music generated in AI Song Maker.
By using AI Song Maker, you agree to this Agreement.
If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevails.
1. License Scope
- This license applies only to music outputs generated on AI Song Maker.
- It does not grant rights to third-party works, trademarks, voice likeness, or other content you do not own.
- You are responsible for your release, distribution, and legal compliance.

3. Plan Details
Free

- Personal use only. Commercial use and monetization are not allowed.
Paid Monthly
- Credits are granted monthly and each monthly batch is valid for 30 days.
- Music download is available with a valid paid subscription.
- Personal-use license only. Commercial rights are not included.
Paid Yearly
- Credits are issued monthly, and each monthly batch is valid for 30 days.
- Music download is available with a valid paid subscription.
- Includes commercial license rights for generated music outputs.
4. Download Eligibility
- Music download is available only for users with a valid paid subscription.
- Valid subscription states include
ACTIVE,TRIALING, andPENDING_CANCEL. - Without a valid paid subscription, download is not available even if credits remain.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell raw generated outputs as standalone stock or music packs.
- Use generated outputs to mislead, defraud, or break laws.
- Infringe copyrights, trademark rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
- Upload or process content you do not have legal rights to use.
6. Changes and Enforcement
- We may update this Agreement due to product, policy, or legal changes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
